Arun Joshi – President and CEO

Arun Joshi spent 14 years in Intel Corp. as a senior technology and marketing manager before starting out on his own. Arun applies his vision and unwavering commitment to the success of new projects and programs at Encodex. Under his leadership Encodex has built a new offshore design and development center. His expertise spans building and managing large IT project teams with focus on execution, quality and delivery, either onshore or offshore.

Arun is dynamic, resourceful business leader with 20 plus years of hands-on experience in planning, directing and executing strategies to capture the global business opportunities.

He was on Board of Directors of OEN.org, Chairman of Angel Oregon and been on advisory boards of several start-ups in Pacific Northwest. Arun is founding member and President of TiE.org's Portland Chapter. He is part of the founding team of a new startup in incentive management called Ovationworx . Arun received his B.S. , M.S. in engineering and Exec. MBA from UC Berkeley. In his spare time he focuses on social engineering, governance and works through his foundation in India (Joshi Foundation).

Tom Jackson – Director of Marketing

Tom has twenty years of marketing, management and business development experience in emerging technology markets and holds an MBA and a BSEM. Tom was a pioneer in the online industry managing the Rocky Mountain Region for CompuServe, sales and marketing of the AMA / NET physician network and CONNECT in the 1980s. He was recruited by Intel to found a wireless communication business unit.

Tom founded and managed iMove.com, a patented 3D-visualization software company, closing co-marketing agreements with Adobe, Autodesk, Kodak and leading game companies.

Nitin Lad – Sr. Telecom Engineering Manager

Nitin has joined Encodex with solid wireless telecom expertise. Nitin comes with 14 years of experience in the area of RF Design, Optimization and Project Management with exposure to technologies such as TDMA, GSM, UMTS (WCDMA) and WiMax.

Nitin has extensive hands-on experience and knowledge of several design tools such as Nokia-GSM, Ericsson-GSM, Ericsson-UMTS equipment which include the OSS, network design, scripting, implementation, troubleshooting, optimization & performance management.

Nitin's latest contribution has been in the area of Web based performance engineering tool development for RF engineers. He managed a large program to automate many data collection processes, create web based reports and queries for the RF engineers.

Before joining Encodex Technologies, Nitin has spent several years in U.S. and done some key projects in India, Malawi (Africa) and Brazil.
